Eligibility and Documents

APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY

  • Age 21 to 65 years old
  • AED 15,000 (min) per month for salaried Individuals.
  • Annual income for self employed
  • Length of business for Self-Employed: 1 year (minimum).
  • Length of business for Companies: 1 year (minimum).

FINANCE AMOUNT & TENURE

  • Min AED 250,000 to maximum AED 10,000,000
  • Maximum tenure upto 8 years.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED - GENERAL

  • Original Passport and valid emirates ID.
  • Original Labour Card.
  • Original Kulasat Qaid (For UAE Nationals).
  • Filled financing application form.
  • Original Property Sale Agreement OR copy of title deed / affection plan.
  • Copy of receipts paid to developer till date (if applicable).
  • Latest 6 months personal bank statements.
  • Processing / Arrangement fees.
  • Liability Letter.
  • Cheque for AED 3,000/- for valuation of property.
  • Postdated cheques or standing order confirmed from applicant’s bankers.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED - SALARIED

  • Salary certificate (UAE Nationals & Residents) stating position, length of service, basic salary, and other allowances.
  • Salary Transfer letter from the employer where applicable.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED - SELF EMPLOYED / COMPANIES

  • Trade License.
  • Chamber of Commerce Registration.
  • Memorandum / Articles of Association.
  • Latest Audited financials for 2 years (with 3 year’s financial data).
  • Company Bank statement for the past 6 months (1 year if no audited financials available).
  • Copy of Bank Facility Letter/s (if applicable, i.e. if enjoying any credit facilities from other banks).

SPECIFIC TO CONSTRUCTION FINANCE

  • Floor layout and specifications from the consultant.
  • Approval of respective Emirate Municipality.
  • Letter from a consultant with an estimated cost.
  • Contractor’s documents.
